CNWL Engagement Events
Posted by Outline for the CNWL NHS Sexual Health and HIV Services
Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust (CNWL) is committed to involving patients and the public in its work, and this is a focus in our Surrey Integrated Sexual Health & HIV services. We will be holding engagement events in partnership with Public Health Surrey County Council at our 3 main clinics during April. This will be an opportunity for patients to share their views and experiences of the service they have received from CNWL. The events will be led by staff who work in the service who will be available to answer any questions, concerns and compliments you may want to share. There will be a paper based questionnaire that patients will be encouraged to complete and hand in. For those who are unable to attend the events the questionnaire will be available on the Healthy Surrey and CNWL websites. The 3 events will take place:
Date: Friday 5th April Time: 10.30am – 12.30pm
Venue: Buryfields Sexual Health Clinic, 61 Lawn Road, Guildford, Surrey GU2 4AX
Date: Thursday 18th April Time: 1 – 3pm
Venue: Woking Sexual Health Clinic, Woking Community Hospital, 2 Heathside Road, Woking, Surrey GU22 7HS
