CNWL Engagement Events

Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust (CNWL) is committed to involving patients and the public in its work, and this is a focus in our Surrey Integrated Sexual Health & HIV services. We will be holding engagement events in partnership with Public Health Surrey County Council at our 3 main clinics during April. This will be an opportunity for patients to share their views and experiences of the service they have received from CNWL. The events will be led by staff who work in the service who will be available to answer any questions, concerns and compliments you may want to share. There will be a paper based questionnaire that patients will be encouraged to complete and hand in. For those who are unable to attend the events the questionnaire will be available on the Healthy Surrey and CNWL websites. The 3 events will take place:

Date: Friday 5th April               Time: 10.30am – 12.30pm                                                                                                                                                        

Venue: Buryfields Sexual Health Clinic, 61 Lawn Road, Guildford, Surrey GU2 4AX

Date: Thursday 18th April        Time: 1 – 3pm                                                                                                                                                                                               

Venue: Woking Sexual Health Clinic, Woking Community Hospital, 2 Heathside Road, Woking, Surrey GU22 7HS

Date: Monday 29th April            Time: 3.30-5.30pm                                                                                                                                                 

Venue: Earnsdale Sexual Health Clinic, 2 Whitepost Hill, Redhill, Surrey RH1 6BD

All information about the 3 events, questionnaire and Patient engagement strategy will be available on the Healthy Surrey website https://www.healthysurrey.org.uk/your-health/sexual-health on the Sexual Health Patient Information page. Online questionnaires, for those unable to attend the events, will be on the online STI home self-test kits and booking page for of the CNWL website.
