Coming out is a big decision, whether it be to friends or family. It is important you make sure that coming out will not put you in harm’s way. Sadly, there are still people who do not react positively to the members of LGBT+ community, so try to gauge the opinions of your closes one before taking any actions. Remember, that it is a fully personal decision and no one can force you to act on it. It can help to have a private conversation with just one person at the beginning or try to act it out with a friend to gain some confidence.
