As always with coming out, it is important to ensure your own safety before making any major decisions. It is important to remember that we cannot change our past decisions. All you can do right now is to focus on the best possible solution for you, your partner, and your children. One of the best steps would be an honest conversation with your spouse about how you feel and what are the possibilities going forward. It is important to remember that as much as you are obligated to other people, you are also in charge of your happiness. Any decisions should be taken with the good of everyone involved, including yourself, in mind. As coming out while married is a complicated issue, it might be good to see a counselor to help with the transition.
