Announcement: Merger of Outline and Catalyst Support Ltd
Catalyst’s Trustees and Senior Leadership Team (an incorporated charity) are pleased to announce that the charity Outline (an unincorporated charity) will merge with Catalyst on 1st July 2022. Both Outline and Catalyst are very well respected in the charity environment. Catalyst is a non-profit organisation that helps people overcome adversity pertaining to drug and alcohol use, as well as mental health and wellbeing.
Outline will become a part of Catalyst to ensure the continuation and planned expansion of Outline’s work and services and provide greater access to services for clients through Catalyst’s own operational networks, particularly in the area around mental health support and ensure the future of Outline. When deciding to integrate, trustees of both organisations considered that one of the primary purposes was to better meet the needs of the beneficiaries and users of both charities.
